
I am Biggest Loser fan and of course tuned in last night to the finale show! I was amazed to see such incredible transformations. How fun when my sister called last night about 5:30, so who are you picking to win and we talked back and forth for a few minutes about our night's predictions.
I love to see people grow inside and out. I love hearing inspirational stories about individuals overcoming obstacles to move to a deeper place in their heart and physically go where they have never gone before. I wonder what pushes them past those limits and allows them to break through mental and emotional barriers. I am sure for everyone it is different.

Of course I have it on my ipod. Music is SUPER inspiring to me, if you haven't noticed! This particular song, pushes me me to think a different thought, to ask myself what am I doing TODAY to make a difference. It is the choices I make TODAY that affect my TOMORROWS. So think about EVERY choice you are making TODAY, when you make it.
Are you choosing to pick a donut over a healthy breakfast?
Are you choosing to spend money you don't have?
Are you choosing to spend hours surfing the Internet after work?
Are you choosing to get some form of exercise?
Are you choosing to take a few extra minutes to spend some quality time with your kids?
Are you choosing to hit the snooze a few extra times?
We live in a world FULL of choices and we make multiple choices through out our days.
I believe that those choices 'add up' over time. Every time you say yes to one thing, you are saying no to another. I am guessing that if you are trying to overcome a bad habit, you are making the wrong choice over and over again. Breaking that habit won't come instantly with just making that choice once. You have to consciously make a new choice and sometimes multiple times during the day. It takes 21 days in a row to form a NEW habit.
