Sorry it has been so long, since I last shared. I am in the throws of getting my new company off the ground.
Reveal, Unveiling The Beauty Within! Look for more to come as we finish up web site development and marketing materials. If you are a fan of the TV show 'What Not To Wear', it is much of the same concept without the TV cameras and criticism! Years ago, God placed on my heart a passion to help women increase their self-worth through slow changes on the inside and the outside. Reveal will encompass all those facets!
So today, I wanted to share what I am thankful for. Sometimes we get so caught up in the everyday life stuff and we forget about how fortunate we are to have the little stuff!
So today I a grateful for the rain shower that woke me up at 3:00 AM only to snuggle deeper into the down comforter and cozy up to my 9 year old sleeping next to me. Weekdays are slumber parties in mom's room when dad's away on business!
I am grateful for this cat AKA kittyit or fat cat, as some like to refer to him in our household. He managed to do his Houdini escape last night about 9:00 PM to 'cat around'. Don't worry, he is neutered! Well, about 5:00 AM he decided he was not liking the rain too much and he proceeds to 'BELLOW' beneath my bedroom window, relentless until he is let in.
MAX, MAXIMUS, MAXI PAD, OR MAXIMUM COPERNICUS
(are just a few of his many names)

Age: about 5
Purchased from the animal shelter and he was selected because he was flicking his poop out of his cage. We knew he would fit in well at our house!
Came home and was immediately chased and dominated by our dog, Riley.
Adores Riley! We believe he deep down, wishes he was a dog.

LOVES to sneak outside about 9:00 PM. Waits for any possible open door and then DARTS! Cat's around at night and then sleeps all day!
Starts his morning in the play room, where the suns shines on 'HIS' chair, then follows the sun down to the window in the front of the house about 3:30, where he can watch the girls come home from school.

LOVES the fax machine. He will come running from ANY WHERE in the house, fly across my desk, and with great anticipation greet the fax when it arrives.
LOVES to chew on rubber bands, boxes, books, and plastic. He will wait for the junk drawer in the kitchen to open, so that he can steal a rubber band. He has been seen trying to open the drawer him self. In fact one day our daughter came home from school to find most of her dresser doors open. That was Max looking for rubber bands.
When hungry, FEED IMMEDIATELY. He will not let you rest until he is fed, even if is means getting stepped on in the process.

O! to be a cat for a day!
Love you Maxi Pad!
Jill
