Valentines Day is probably my favorite holiday of the year, so I absolutely needed to update the blog, so we can look forward to it for the next 20 some days! Sorry Julie, you got the boot to HOT LIPS! Wonder who's picture will be displayed in MARCH?
Sorry to hear about Grandma and Jen. I am assuming that you will need a place to bunk on Tuesday night? Kennedy has a basketball game on Tuesday at 4:15 if you get down in time.
Not too much for the weekend. I am making stew, homemade rolls, and chocolate chip bars for the fam today followed by of office work, and weekly wash!
Had mini Reveal day yesterday where I just took a woman shopping for 3 hours. GREAT FUN! We found a lot of awesome pieces for her to add to her wardrobe. I hope she came away with some good education and tools to use in the future. I sent her home with a list of 'rules' to follow. I will be excited to get her feedback.
Had a second interview yesterday for a part-time admin position for an insurance guy. I should hear on Monday. If offered, I think I might take it. Hours are from 8:30 - 2:30 and not too bad pay for an admin position. Then I would do office work/phone calls and hold MK appointments in the evenings and weekends. Reveal days on Saturdays and when Reveal picks up so to the point where I am getting more requests than able to fill Saturdays, I would transition out of this job. Guess we will see what happens on Monday? An employee!
Milo is REALLY struggling! I believe we have hit the 'depression' mode of the grief process. That is if Milo could be depressed, a mild version. I find him playing Wii most days after he rolls out of bed by 9:00 and really no motivation for much else, other than a workout. I quote, 'I just can't get my head screwed on straight.' Should hear on Monday results of the MRI last week.
The girls obviously have been on an extended leave from school. Between a late start, then an early out, then no school Wednesday through Friday and no school again on Monday it has been a friends mania! I think we are all going a bit stir crazy!
Better head, the yeast is calling and I need to get crackin on the stew preparations so it can simmer all day.
Have a good weekend!
Jill
