Cheesy Spaghetti Recipe

Boil 2#s of spaghetti (this is my chance to pass of whole wheat instead of white noodles)
1/2 block of Velvetta. (I use light)
2#s of extra lean hamburger
1 can of tomato soup
1 can of cream of mushroom soup (fat free)
1 jar of spaghetti sauce

Boil your noodles and brown your hamburger. I threw in some Italian seasoning, pepper, onion flakes, and garlic salt.

Melt the cheese.

Mix all together and bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. This makes a generous 9X13 pan. My family is not into left-overs (I have even tried calling then make-aheads) so I do 2 8X8 and freeze one to have available for those Friday nights I don't feel like cooking or what to have when we come home after being gone for the weekend. Whoever is house sitting, I have them move it from the freezer to the fridge the day before we are coming home, then all I have to do is throw it in the oven.
