What an awesome, awesome, AWESOME concert last night! WOW! Israel Houghton & New Breed opened and then Chris Tomlin performed for almost 2 hours, singing all of my favorites. My question leaving was 'Why don't we worship like that (uninhibited) at church?' 'Why do we feel we have to be in a cookie cutter box?' It was an uplifting, refreshing, moving, and a powerful experience! I think I need to start busting it open on Sundays. That turn a few heads, but who cares. Right?

I just finished up my Saturday AM phone session. Have to unpack an order and then get ready to leave for the studio to teach a color clinic this afternoon. Watching the WINNING Pittsburgh Steelers dominate in the Super Bowl tomorrow! I HAVE to get video of THAT!
I am totally stoked! I ran/shuffled 2 1/2 miles yesterday OUTSIDE and conquer the MONSTER Brentwood Hill! I mean MONSTER! I have been side-lined from running for the past 2 years d/t an ailing Achilles tendon problem, too much high heels on hard surfaces for too many years! Completed 3 months of PT 2 months ago and gradually worked at a walk/run program since to ease back into running! It felt soooo good with my ipod blaring my favorite tunes as I shuffled my loop!
