I seems so crazy to me that it can go from -38 yesterday to a balmy 29 degrees today. We have some snow showers and wind but it is a great change in weather.
We have a packed long weekend...after two days at home with daddy the girls are whooped (Macin slept until 10:15 and I cannot tell if Hayden's ears hurt or if she is tired...hoping it is tired). Since I no longer have snow days I have now worked 5 more days than Jason and I am on the same contract (hmmm, how does that work) I cannot complain though, I got home to a tidy house and happy children, so life was good. Thursday and Friday I was home probably a total of 45 minutes before running out for class, a quick workout, and scrapbooking last night. When I apologized, Jason said, "I am gone more than you" that ice fishing trip isn't far off.
Today Jason is at Hamiline University speaking at a clinic (his first gig, we will see how it ended up going) The snow days threw off the presentation some (his school computer has updated versions of things on it). Then we have a sitter coming tonight so we can go to the winter faculty party. Tomorrow is a football meeting (it really doesn't ever end), then Hayden's 18 month well-baby and ice fishing on Monday.
I did finish one challenge...the fibers (they drive me crazy to work with because they never go where I want them to go). The pictures are Hayden wearing the scarecrow hat before we made it (which ticked Macin off) and Caps for Sale is one of my all time favorites. I have probably read it over a hundred times between r
I would agree, the fibers were a pain in the rear!
