Sanborn Checkin In

Looks to be a beautiful day. Had a fun time at Claire's birthday party Saturday nite. I think all the kids were a little tired from the waterpark but they all had smiles. Claire should be a real official three.

Jenny stayed overnight with us and went back on Sunday. Dad and I went and bought some groceries had a late lunch and stopped by Grandmas on the way home. She is sleeping alot now and not quite so ready to talk. Someone is with her all the time. Her blood pressure is good and temperature is stable. She spends all her time out in the front room now.


Smokie had a spa day at the vets last week. This week is a Stephens Minister meet, a quick trip to Sioux Falls on Wednesday, and a board meeting on Thursday. We really have melted our snow and can now see the grass. Yeh!!!



Sharon was showing a family tree that she had worked on. We discovered both of our ancesters were originally from Germany and when Catherine the Great came to power in Russia they all immigrated to Russia. When she was no longer in power and Russia tried to put all the young boys into the military, the Germans then immigrated to the United States. We sat and pondered if perhaps our ancestors came over on the boat together. Interesting!?
