MEATBALLS







Good Morning Everyone--

Yesterday Julie called and asked me the difference between Swedish meatballs and Koenigsberger Klops(German Meatballs). Well I always used beef in my meatballs (German) and I always added worchestersire sauce. It looks like Swedish tend to add veal or pork with beef and a touch of nutmeg. I would also guess a good German may have a tankard of ale with their meatballs where I am not so sure a Swede would do that. Then there are hamballs and Italian meatballs. What are they all about?Any other thoughts on meatballs.

Talked to Kevin and Jason yesterday. Everyone sounds busy. Big birthday number THREE coming up this week for Claire Bear.
