Snowpants!

Good Monday morning and I have something very exciting to share!

Yesterday, while running my weekly grocery run to Walmart (the one stop shop), I am transitioning from the photo section, heading to the grocery section while passing through the men's clothing department. Thank goodness my peripheral vision is still excellent, because out of the far corner of my right eye, I see THEM! I will admit a week ago I had looked intently through all of the clothing departments just for THEM!

So without any hesitation, my cart quickly does a 90 degree right turn and heads straight for THEM! I am not picky about color, however I know I don't want to pay an arm and a leg. I immediate locate the right size and with a broad smile immediately put THEM in my cart, completely satisfied with size, color, and price.

I am envisioning no school days building forts, snowmen, sledding over Christmas break, and of course clearing the driveway of mounds of snow. With an immense satisfaction, I know THIS winter I will be ready for anything!

Upon my return home and in the process of unloading my purchases, Mr. Milo pulls them out and asks if I had gotten new snow pants for Kennedy. I immediately grab THEM and state, boldly, 'NO, THEY ARE MINE!'. He laughs and says, 'Why do YOU need snow pants?'

I just smile and say, 'BECAUSE and YOU can't wear THEM!'

Now I know for some, you may be laughing thinking that they are just a normal part of your winter days. How could anyone not have a pair? Or you may be thinking like Mr. Milo and wondering what a grown woman could possible want with a pair of THEM.

However, THIS winter, I will be completely enjoying all aspects of the season, toasty warm and dry.

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!
