Happy Monday Morning blog world! Thought I would throw up something quick before heading out for the day. The weekend brought nothing that the weather man predicted! The green grass is still giving us hopes of spring and sunshine!
Kennedy sprained her ankle on Friday, which means NO track meet on Tuesday. She hobbled all weekend long and it has turned some nasty shades of blue and purple.
A relaxing weekend was had by all. I DOMINATED in some family Wii tournaments, got another section on my crocheting project completed, scrapbooked 2 1/2 pages, and was a SLUG on Saturday, slept until 9:00, drank coffee until 1:00, and stayed in my PJs until 2:00. My neighbor called and spurred me out of couch time to go for a walk, which led to cleaning out my hutch and getting groceries. So the entire day wasn't spent getting NOTHING accomplished.
I am completely ready to hit the ground running this Monday morning. I am headed off to the club for a AM swim before tackling some phone work. Got a new gig at the funeral home on Tuesday that I will start training for. 4 facials and a color clinic on Saturday. Family coming for Easter weekend, so the Easter bunny needs to get her eggs in a basket!
My carpets get cleaned TODAY!
O! Clinton Kelly announces the winners for the Macy's Make-over fashion show on May 9th in the Twin Cities. I am awaiting my 'winning' phone call on Thursday!
Better head off and pack my gym bag. With the sun shining and 60 degrees in store for this week, it looks to be a wonderful week ahead!
