So...after sitting on my bum for seven and half hours and eating at A & W I am not off to the best start...BUT my lovely partner in the endeavour went to Goodies today. Hmm, not looking like Team Caseys didn't do too well on day one, good thing there are a few more days to make up poundage :)
Update on my mom is that surgery took FOREVER (they said 2 hours and it was over 7) but things went okay. They are pretty much baffled on why this is happening so maybe next time dad and I can unwind everything that has tangled up:). No...she seemed good when we left but I am sure that after that long of anesthesia she won't remember we were there. Thanks for the thoughts. Hayden and I are heading back to Houston tomorrow to support the Hurricanes in this insanely intense week at our house (good thing it is short one!)
Better go, I am supposed to be working on my thesis question...looks like that won't happen tonight.
