Greetings! Hope you are having a wonderful summer. Just wanted to do a quick update for July.Cousin Camp in July, brought our Cousin Carter all the way from Dell Rapids, SD. We did Vacation Bible School, Power Lab. Got some lessons in building Lego's, and visited Brucemore! It was an exciting and fun week had by all. We can't wait for our cousins, Jordan and Olivia to come in August.
Kennedy finished 12th at the regional track meet in Waueska, WI in the 800m. The competition was intense and it was a great learning and growing experience for her. She is currently training to do a 5K in September and plans to start organized school sports this fall!
Madison finished up swim team with an All City meet on July 19th. She loved swim team this year and plans to look into doing a winter swim team to keep her skills up over the school year.

She loved swim team this year and plans to look into doing a winter swim team to keep her skills up over the school year.We also took our family vacation to northern MN for 10 days! It was beautiful, relaxing, and fun to just hang with the girls. The days brought fishing, swimming, reading, and games. No TVs, computers or cell phones for a week! I also went with a no-make-up, limited hair fixing for the week and I must say I couldn't wait to slap on some foundation and hairspray for the ride home! Our dog got a good work out every day chasing the ducks and spent most of the ride home sleeping!
Kennedy and I went school shopping today! I am excited for the cooler weather, the change of the trees to fall colors, huddling around our fire pit with sweatshirts and jeans, and our fall 'school routine'. YEA

H! Only a few more weeks till school starts. I can't believe I am going to have a 7th and a 4th grader! I am excited to announce the launch of my new business this fall called 'Reveal'. More details to come. After much prayerful consideration and have felt a strong calling that God is leading me in this direction and I am anticipating the blessings He has in store! It will be yet another way for me to communicate with women and help them in achieving more of an everyday balance in their lives. Other fun changes for our household include a new job change for Milo which means more travel, but the days he is in town he will be working from home.
I am excited to be back starting up my daily blog on leading a more balanced life. That will start back up at the end of August.
